Welcome Dwight & Curtis Loni
Dwight Lonie was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, attended Englewood High School and Normandale Community College in Minnesota. He has been in the property management and janitorial business since 2007. He started his janitorial business while working for the Chicago Transit Authority. After 25 years he retired from the CTA and now wants to expand into commercial, residential, upholstery, & tile-grout cleaning as well as water damage restoration, mold remediation and duct cleaning. Dwight says “Duraclean offers me the support I need to expand at my own pace in the direction I think best.” Dwight enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, swimming and sports in general.
Curtis P. Lonie was also born and raised in Chicago Illinois, attended Englewood High School and Washburn Trade School. He has been married more than 20 years to Annette and is the proud father of Chenelle. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, loves football and is an excellent chef. He has had over 30 years of experience in the heating, air conditioning & refrigeration industry and has owned Lonie’s H.V.A.C. for 20 years. Curtis is looking forward to working with his older brother Dwight and is excited about learning more about the cleaning industry and the Duraclean opportunity.
Dwight & Curtis both attended Duraclean’s Success Institute in April. They look forward to learning more about additional services and meeting other Duraclean franchisees at seminars and conventions as they expand their business.
