Whether it’s a restaurant, high-rise, office building, or showroom, our 8-step cleaning process is designed to restore your upholstery as close to its original condition as possible. We clean all types of tile, including natural stone products.
Our Tile/Grout Cleaning Process:
1. Pre-Inspection
Technicians will make a note of all challenging areas and set your expectations as well as come up with a solution for each area.
2. Area Preparation
We will prepare the areas surrounding the tile, making sure to protect any carpeted or hardwood floors. All movable furniture will be moved prior to cleaning, and fronts of appliances and cabinets will be covered and protected.
3. Dry Soil Removal
To maximize results and prevent any scratching, the area will be thoroughly vacuumed removing all dust and dry particulates. As in any cleaning process, dry soil removal is the most important.
4. Soil Suspension
Using top of the line products, the cleaning agent will be applied to the whole surface allowing the proper dwell time for it to start lifting the dirt to the surface.
5. Agitation/Scrubbing
Heavily soiled areas are scrubbed by using specifically designed brushes for grout and can be done by hand or mechanically with a power scrubber if needed.
6. Soil Extraction and Neutral Rinse
The tile and grout is then extracted with a self-contained pressure washer that is designed to wash and extract the soil, cleaning agents and water all at once leaving behind virtually no moisture when complete.
7. Flat mopping/Drying
Once the cleaning is done, a clean water mop rinse is performed to pick up any streaks or drops of water and in some cases air movers are installed to assist in drying the grout lines quicker for sealer to be applied.
8. Post-inspection
Our technician will review the cleaning results with you to ensure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
